It shipped quickly and was very reasonably priced compared to what was in stores. The gems seem to be durable and I haven't lost any even with repeated usage and just dropping the phone in my purse. So after a week or so of use, I can't complain. Great price, quick ship and fun product. I get LOTS of compliments!
