(More customer reviews)Every time I put my new HTC EVO Shift into this pouch, it turns on due to the fairly strong magnetic clip. This is my first HTC and had I known about this problem beforehand I wouldn't have bought this pouch. Unfortunately there's nothing in the product description here that says, "Oh, yes, this pouch will hold an HTC EVO Shift, but you have to completely turn it off before you put it in or you have to root your phone and disable some setting." It has to be completely turned off. Just turning off the screen by pressing the power button quickly will not do as it appears it turns my phone on and off randomly. When I took my phone out of this pouch a few hours later, IT WAS EXTREMELY HOT! Definitely not putting my phone back into this pouch again, it's going back to amazon!
