(More customer reviews)I have had this case for about two weeks. I liked the way it fit and looked on the phone. I liked the feel of the rubberized exterior. I looked at the phone this morning and the case had popped open on one corner. This was strange, as I have never dropped the phone. I am not reckless with things. Upon closer examination, I noticed that the clip that held that corner was chipped off. I have had this type of case before on other phones. I have to say that the clips on this case do look less substantial than previous cases.
Update, 10/12/10 They replaced the defective case with a new one. The design is slightly different. We will hope for the best. Thanks for doing the right thing. Sorry I can't add any stars to the review of the product.
