Call it a placebo effect or simply because the batteries are actually bigger and newer, but the 1800mAh batteries seem to last longer than the stock one. I have no hard evidence on this one.
Previously I had bought a new OEM battery but could never get it to charge in the Evo. The charge light wouldn't even come on. For the heck of it, I stuck it in the charger and left it overnight. Tried it in the Evo and it worked! Guess the battery was completely down to 0.
In any case, for the price you can't beat it. Looking to extend the battery life for that roadtrip, get this. Stick an extra battery in the car or bag and never have to worry about it.
