(More customer reviews)I purchased this case as soon as it became available, and I have been using it daily for the past few weeks. It has an excellent fit and finish, and I feel like it is very protective and stylish. I wanted a case for my Droid X primarily because it was so thin and I wanted more grip to it (I have big hands). This case provided the perfect solution, and I would buy it again in a heartbeat.
The silicon underlayer does attract dust, and since much of it is exposed, this can be a problem (keep it away from tissues!). It really is not that bad though since the dust just brushes right off, and I am sure any silicon case would have the same problem. The case does stick a bit coming out of your pocket, but this is more of a feature than a bug, since it also does not shift around much while in your pocket. Over time, the exposed silicon portions of the case are becoming polished, and they no longer seem to attract dust.
I am not a big fan of the little strip of silicon that runs across the Motorola logo at the top of the screen. I am a big fan of covering up logos in general, but this strip is very loose and it would look and fit better without it. I am considering cutting it off, but I do not want to ruin the case.
Lastly, for those of us who bought this case thinking that the holster was included because it was pictured in the original version of the item summary, Seidio has graciously offered the holster for free! I contacted them, sent them a picture of my order, and they sent me a holster immediately with their apologies. Seidio really impressed me with their customer service. I would not hesitate to do business with them again, or purchase their products through other channels, since they stand by them without hesitation.
I give the case alone 4 stars, but because of their customer service, I have bumped up this review to 5.
