It protects my phone from scratching, the color is so pretty, and all the more, I can easily find the phone in my crazy messy purse now. This opens up horizontally and has magnetic opening/closing to it which is a lot better than a vertically opening one I believe. The only concern is that it could get inconvenient from time to time getting to the phone, opening the case, picking up the phone, and putting it back into the case. But I got used to it, so other than that I highly recommend it to all pink lovers out there!
