(More customer reviews)I tend to drop my phones from my shirt pocket. This case eliminates this problem as the phone is now too bulky to fit in a shirt. The case is very protective. When I received it I had no idea how to open it. There is an instruction sheet. Inside the case! I called customer service and was instructed to watch a video on you tube. This is I guess what passes for customer service in the 21st century. As a cardiologist I spend a lot of time explaining how things work to my patients. Now I know how I can save a whole lot of time. BTW, that instruction sheet is not updated to reflect that the screen cover has no protective film anymore. I guess $35 is not enough to justify printing an update.
