(More customer reviews)Okay, so let me start by saying I know it's cheap. Didn't expect much, but I do expect an honest description. I have a couple of serious reservations about this case, as it will undoubtedly damage the phone if you use it just like it damaged mine.
1. The case is advertised as a "leather pouch". It is not leather, although in the picture it looked like it may/may not be. It is very cheap vinyl, not leather, and lousy quality sewing to boot.
2. The case is advertised as having a "soft velveteen liner". It is actually lined with a flimsy contact paper printed to look like pigskin. Yes, paper, not "velveteen", whatever that is. Slid the phone in and instant scratches on the glass. Feel the interior and it is nothing remotely describable as "velveteen", which conveys the image of something soft and luxurious. Freaking paper!
3. The rivet that holds the belt clip in protrudes into the inside of the case and is covered by a little dot of the 'velveteen about 3/8" in diameter. Slide in my brand new, one-day-old phone, the "velveteen" circle peels off, the rivet scratches the back of the phone. Of course, I don't know this little "velveteen" circle is in there until I pull the phone out with a gouge in the back and have to go exploring. Thank you very much China!
Oh, guess I could say one positive thing: at least the case fit the phone snugly!
So, I am tossing it into the rubbish bin, as it would cost me more to return than what I would receive back, and them I'm off to order a new battery door for the phone.
