(More customer reviews)The case was used. It had smudge marks and scratches all over it. The box it came in appeared to be new but its one of those that can be opened and closed without being aware of it. You would think if Amazon gets returned items they would at least check and see if people used them before they resale them as NEW. Other than item not being new the case was a nice med blue sort of a hard rubber material. It would protect your Droid nicely.
