(More customer reviews)The Kraken is a great case. It adds a lot of bulk to the slim phone, which may bother some but it makes you feel you have protected your investment. I don't like that all the accent colors are so masculin especially because what Amazon doesn't tell you is that you can replace the outter shell with a color silicone sheeth. That is right the black outter cover comes off and you can get vertually any color you want. Pink, Orange, Purple, White, Blue!! the list goes on and on. You have to go to the Trident site but even so, the outter case replacements are less than $8 bucks.
That being said, the case is solid, great product no issue at all with the functionality. Well actually the front screen has to be somewhat broken in. To pull down the text an notifications it a little sticky, but with practice it is not hard at all. Minor inconvience. The buttons work much better with the case on. Camera and volume buttons are wonderful now! The flash glares when you put the optional screen on it, but if the flash is off, works great. It is optional, so you can leave it off if you wish. All in all~ The case is awesome, I would reccomend it, and I am thinking about buying the black one so I can get any accent color I want. Makes it a little more girlie even though it is a hefty case. I have the yellow case and it looks like a cross between a lego block and a stud finder. Still, great product. Solid, and worth the money!!!
