(More customer reviews)I ordered a charger and cover for my phone. I never received an email conformation or shipping information so I emailed the company 3 days later. Within 24hrs they got back to me with tracking information. When I tracked the package (with a status of shipped) USPS said the number was from an intent to ship (it never got picked up). I figured it was the weekend so I waited and waited and waited. Tuesday I sent another email expecting some sort of answer. I checked my tracking information again and suddenly the package was picked up (still dont know when it will arive). However, they never sent an email explaining what happened or even apologizing for the delay. I think if I had not been persistent emailing these people I never would have gotten my order. Cant wait to see if it is right!
