It is "rubberized" in the sense that it has a slight give when you press on it, but it is not non-slip. Being a two-part case, you also need a coin or something to take the phone out of the case, which is not very handy for using a docking station of any sort, and results in some chipping of the finish. Also, the two pieces do not snap together solidly at the top of the phone near the power button. Overall, worth the $3 for shipping, but I expect I'll need a new case in a few months.
