The cover does fit my Droid X, but it is a little loosey goosey on the sides. By that I mean it doesn't really "cling" to the phone in the way I had hoped. I've used other silicone skins for other touch screen devices before and I had to stretch them a little to wrap around the device. They didn't move. This one moves. A little.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not dissatisfied. After all, it's less than $2 for crying out loud. I wasn't expecting it to be perfect.
