This dock works great.
Pros:
Suction cup is solid
Metal flexy neck is solid, but easy to adjust
Easy to get the phone in and out of the dock(works much like the holster that comes with the Otterbox Defender)
Cons:
The bottom of the dock on the right side could shave off a few millimeters of plastic as the flap that covers the USB/HDMI port bunches up. It's an annoyance really and nothing that should deter you from getting the dock.
Another minor point is the lack of magnet to automatically put the phone into car dock mode. An easy DIY fix, but would be a nice to have in a future release of the car dock.
