(More customer reviews)I am incredibly disappointed in this product. For some reason I had it built in my head that this would be a fantastic guard against wear and tear of my new phone. I get the package open and the spray included to moisten the shield was more than half gone. I figured I would try to limp through it though since the instructions showed to use an extream small amount. Back of the case went on ok. Due to the shape of the back of the phone there was just not enough coverage and the lines allowed the screen not to adhear. The front was the real crapper. I went to pull the shield off of the paper and noticed that the optical hole did not come off. I tried to hold it down with the back of a pen while I pulled up on the shield. This caused a rip in the hole.
I am not a rocket scientist, but this is an easy task.....at least is should be. I tried to call customer service to see what I could do only to wait an hour to speak to NO ONE. I decided to do the return online and it is costing me an additional 4.00 to ship back this failed protector. They are sending a new one and expect the old one back in 60 days.
I will update this post if the new one comes in and is better, but as for now I would say stay away until the Incredible has been on the market for a few months and the accessory company figure out how to calculate device fitting.
