(More customer reviews)Shell that attaches onto the phone is made of metal then coated with rubber, its thin and strong, leaves all buttons and other phone features fully exposed. Surface texture provides for sure grip and good appearance that hides fingerprints.
Shell is strong and fits the phone perfectly, has a small bump in the back that accommodates extended battery from Verizon (1800 mAh).
The kick stand built into the shell is very useful and works fine for horizontal position, the vertical position also works but the phone is at the edge of balanced weight and you cannot touch anything on the screen, if you do, it will tip over and fall on its back.
Shell alone is worth having but the holster makes it a best buy for Android X.
Holster is thin, has rubberized texture like a shell but is made of plastic. I assume this is done so that tabs are flexible and allow the shell to be held securely, under light pressure. Shell is slightly wider on screen side then on the back, thus inserting phone into the holster with screen facing away generates more tension on holster tabs and the bottom tab somewhat obstructs operation of two middle buttons.
Clip is big and easy to operate, curved on upper and lower edge so it does not poke you with edges when mounted on belt, clip is adjustable for 180 degree, making it easy for left or right side belt mounting in horizontal position and phone top facing forward.
This is an excellent buy, most versatile function and protection in as slim as possible arrangement you can get.
