(More customer reviews)I have been waiting for quite a while to get a metal case for the Incredible, and was very anxious to give this one a try when I found it.
I was not too keen on the idea of the hinge and clasp (would prefer something that could either snap on or would require being screwed into place) but decided I could at least use this till a better solution comes along.

The first strike against this product (actually more against the company itself or perhaps even the USPS) was that I ordered it on a Friday with expedited shipping and did not get it till the next Friday. Even accounting for a day to get the item shipped out from the company (assuming they are closed on Saturday) and three business days at most for the (1-3 day) expedited shipping, it was still one day late in a worst case scenario.
The second strike was, when taking the case out of the packaging, I noticed that while most of the interior had padding on it, the part that would be in contact with the lower front portion of the screen had none. Having seen scratch tests of the screen online for this phone showing how resilient it is however, I decided to proceed. After my very little time of use with this case the screen was not damaged, but if I were to use it any extended period of time I would be concerned.
The third and most grievous strike against the product is that the top portion of the the case comes down so far on the screen that it is nearly impossible to interact with the notification bar. If you contort your finger just right and with enough force you can do it, but most the time while trying to drag the notification menu down I ended up dragging my home screen widgets instead. It is quite clear that this company did NO actual testing of this product else this design defect would have become abundantly clear to them. It is because of this alone that I was only able to tolerate this case for one afternoon before doing away with it.
The case itself did seem to be of solid enough construction though, and if they were to correct the design defects it could be a good one to use. However, in its current state I would highly recommend everyone avoid this product.
