(More customer reviews)This product needs to be taken off the market. Doesn't even physically fit into the micro USB charger port on the HTC Incredible. Also the item description makes it seem like it is made by HTC when it is not. Update 7-15-10: I was able to get it finally to fit into the phone by using some pliers. Seems to work now. Customer service was pretty clueless.
